+Is the free listing really free?
Yes — forever. You get a full profile, photos, reviews and appearance in search. Paid plans add distribution, marketing tools and automation on top.
+What does listing sync actually do?
We push your name, address, hours, photos and services to Google Business Profile and keep them consistent with your master profile — one edit here updates Google. Bing Places, Apple Business Connect and the social networks are on the roadmap and are not connected yet; we will not claim to have updated a platform we have not called.
+How does reputation management work?
Reviews left on NearbySalon and reviews imported from Google Business Profile stream into one inbox, where you reply in one click. Facebook and Justdial review import is not built yet. Pro plans include AI-drafted responses in your brand voice.
+Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Plans are month-to-month (or save ~17% yearly). Your free listing remains live even if you downgrade.
